Introducing groups: collaborate without giving up autonomy

You can now link multiple individual accounts under a single group. This new functionality allows different users to share their datasets, AI agents, and projects—while still maintaining their personal account and access rights.

In other words, if you’re part of a technical team, development environment, or simply need to share your work with colleagues, groups offer the simplest and most efficient solution. Each member keeps their own account, but group-shared items will be accessible to all participants and clearly marked—so you’ll always know what belongs to the group and what is just yours.

When does it make sense to join a group?

• When you’re working with others on shared projects
• If your team wants centralized access to data, agents, or developments
• To make collaboration easier in testing, QA, or production environments
• If you’re managing multiple projects across different people or teams

And if that’s not your case—no worries. You can continue using the platform just as you always have. Joining a group is optional, and if your current workflow meets your needs, there’s no need to make any changes.

How do you create a group?

For now, group setup is handled directly by the Narrativa team. If you’d like to create one, just reach out to us with the number of accounts you’d like to link and the email addresses for each user.
